Prescription Hearing Aids are covered with a copay between $199 and $1249, and OTC Hearing Aids are covered with a copay between $99 and $829.
Vision Services See details
Vision services include eye exams, eyewear, contact lenses, eyeglass lenses, and eyeglass frames. Eye exams and eyewear have no copay.
