Drug Coverage
The Zing Choice Diabetes & Heart Complete IN (PPO C-SNP) plan has a $590 deductible for prescription drugs. After the deductible is met, you will pay coinsurance or no copay depending on the drug tier and the pharmacy you use. In the initial coverage phase, you will pay 25% coinsurance for most drugs.
