Drug Coverage
The Meridian Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) has a $0 deductible for prescription drugs. If you qualify for the low-income subsidy (LIS), you will pay $0.00 for Part D drugs. During the initial coverage phase, you will pay the costs for drugs in each tier until your total drug costs reach $2000. Hearing Services See details
Hearing Services include coverage for hearing exams, routine hearing exams, and fitting/evaluation for hearing aids, each covered as medically necessary, as well as prescription hearing aids (all types), limited to one aid every three years. Prescription hearing aids - inner ear, outer ear, and over the ear, as well as OTC hearing aids, are not covered.
Vision Services See details
Vision services include routine eye exams, and other eye exam services with no deductible. The plan covers one routine eye exam every year, and other eye exams as medically necessary. Eyewear benefits include contact lenses and eyeglasses (lenses and frames), while eyeglass frames and upgrades are not covered.
