Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Services and Outpatient Substance Abuse Services are also covered with a minimum and maximum 20% coinsurance. Outpatient Blood Services are not covered.

Partial Hospitalization See details

Hearing services are partially covered by the Senior Whole Health Medicare Complete Care (HMO D-SNP) plan. Hearing exams have at most 20% coinsurance, and prescription hearing aids and over-the-counter hearing aids are not covered.
