Prescription drugs are not covered by Gundersen Quartz Med Advantage Value (HMO).
The Gundersen Quartz Med Advantage Value (HMO) plan offers comprehensive medical coverage with predictable out-of-pocket costs, featuring a 15 dollar copay for primary care visits and a 50 dollar copay for specialists with no coinsurance. Inpatient hospital stays require a 225 dollar daily copay for the first six days and no copay thereafter, while home health services are covered with no copay and no coinsurance. Emergency care is also available with a 150 dollar copay, which is waived if you are admitted within three days.
