The HealthSpring Achieve (HMO C-SNP) prescription drug plan features a $200 annual deductible and offers an Enhanced Alternative benefit design. During the initial coverage phase, Tier 1 preferred generic drugs have a $5 copay at preferred pharmacies and mail-order, while Tier 2 standard generics require a $47 copay.
