The Medicare HMO Blue ValueRx (HMO) plan has a $320 deductible for prescription drugs. After the deductible, you will pay a copay or coinsurance depending on the drug tier and pharmacy you use. For preferred generic drugs, you will pay a $6 copay at a preferred pharmacy and a $12 copay at a standard pharmacy. Standard generic drugs have a $42 copay at a preferred pharmacy and a $47 copay at a standard pharmacy. Preferred brand drugs have a $95 copay at a preferred pharmacy and a $100 copay at a standard pharmacy. Non-preferred drugs have 27% coinsurance regardless of the pharmacy.
