Drug Coverage
The Devoted SELECT Florida (HMO) plan has an enhanced alternative drug benefit. The plan has a $590 deductible for prescription drugs. Once the deductible is met, you will pay either a $0 copay or 25% coinsurance depending on the drug tier and pharmacy used. After your total drug costs reach $2000, you will enter the catastrophic coverage phase, where you pay nothing for covered drugs.
