Tier 5 specialty drugs also feature no copay at both pharmacy types, while other tiers require coinsurance ranging from 25% to 37%. Once your yearly out-of-pocket drug costs reach $2,100.00, you enter the catastrophic coverage phase and pay nothing for covered Part D drugs.
