Hearing exams have a $15 copay, routine hearing exams have no copay, and fitting/evaluation for hearing aids has no copay. Prescription hearing aids (all types) are covered with a copay between $699 and $999, while prescription hearing aids for the inner ear, outer ear, and over the ear are not covered. OTC hearing aids are not covered.

Vision Services See details
